1 - Question: Do you repair electronics?
Answer: Yes, we repair all sorts of electronics, get a hold of us via email or phone with what your item is and what issue it is. Doesn't mean we will be able to fix it but we are always willing to take a look at things.
2- Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: Yes, USA only over $70 orders. The more you buy the more we can put in boxes and save you money. Shipping is pretty expensive right now but as rates get lower so will our shipping. It's all calculated shipping and we don't make any money off the top of shipping. Whatever the shipping rates are that is what gets charged to the customer.
3 - Question: Are all of your products tested before shipping?
Answer: Yes we test all of our products before we ship them out. We love video games and want our customers to experience the same love we have for them. We clean and test all of our products but keep in mind that some of these consoles are almost 50 years old. Once a console or game leaves our warehouse that doesn't mean the delivery companies won't have their way with them. We do the best we can and pack items as safely as we can. Sometimes things happen but always feel free to get ahold of us and we will try to solve the issues.
4- Question: What do you sell?
Answer: We sell retro games from the NES all the way up to modern games and systems like the xbox series, ps5 and Nintendo Switch. We get trade ins all the time so whatever walks through our shop will eventually end up on the website. We update our catalog daily so always be checking for cool new stuff.
5 - Question: Do you accept trade ins?
Answer: Yes we accept trades. Send us an email of what you have that you are wanting to trade and we will give you a quote for cash or store credit. Upon receiving your items we will test and inspect them and then process your cash or store credit.
